Proposed Business Strategy
In the Spring of 2019, my partner Sydney Wallace and I competed at the DECA International Career Development Competition with a Franchise Business Plan for Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Since the previous October, we had been working side-by-side with franchise managers in the company to decide what would be realistic and plausible for the new franchise, which we planned on putting in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Our manual placed 11th internationally, and Nothing Bundt Cakes actually built a franchise location in Tuscaloosa in accordance with our plan the next year.
